new sketchbook project

Heinrich Kley is the main influence for our sketchbook projects this term and the theme is size and scale.
with heinrich, his art is wild and extreme, he draws everything in a sort of backwards manner! he has created images that define what people would call insain and made a sort of cartoonist emotion through it all, were it be from animals taking the characters of humans or over sized naked woman with men lazing in their chests. i love his work, it love the messy energetic lines and the simplistic manner in the form of utter imaginative chaos. i love the whitty humour and honesty behind the drawings and the fact that he only uses pen. i admire the lack of colour in is work.

so yer, im so excited to do this project...mostly because i like drawing weird things and using my imagination to its full potential without having to make an excuse every time for my wierdness haha XD.
but generally i think this will be a very entertaining project.
