Personally im pretty excited about this, we have total freedom in what we do just as long as the 5 words are in it and nothing else and it stays in the time zone.
Im in a group with 2 other lads called sam and freddie, luckily we all have the same frame of mind and have come up with some pretty funky ideas.
Ideas.
The first idea that i came up with was for a man who was a bit of a push over and didnt really know how to say no. He worked in a office were he was pushed around a fair bit were it be buying fellow colleges cups of coffee when they ran out of money or using his stationary and giving it back empty. Up until hes asked to do late night filling and clear up the place after he finishes because everyone else would have gone home. After finishing all the paper work he heads over to the filling room to find it wont open his stress levels rising on top if the ones hed been harboring throughout the day get worse until he eventually gets the door open slams it behind him so your left outside the filling room door with only the noise of him yelling noooooo with a lot of crashes and bangs. This is were the screen goes blank and a light turns on to find ourselves in the room with our unfortunate friend facing all his colleges under a banner saying 'well done on the promotion' with all their faces in utter shock with his little outburst.
However it was decided that we werent going to go with this plan. But if youd like to see the pre production work we did on it you can look at our blog here > http://blearpear.blogspot.com/
The new idea now is to have the same idea of having a man as a bit of a pushover but instead were going to have him in the super market scanning in stuff for his missus. whilst scanning in objects he gets little humorous flash backs of her being a bit of a tit towards him. The suddenly a girl walks past him and gives him a little wink leaving him to stop what hes doing and follow her, only to be stopped by a security guard telling him no.
So now im off to look at inspirational animations and art pieces to help decide what art style were going to base it upon =]
Lauren.
